I’ve worked for many large, commonly known companies and startups. They each have pluses and minuses, and I made a very comfortable living there. I have become a subject matter expert in a number of niche areas along the way – Salesforce Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Product Marketing, and Business Development, to name a few.

Discovery of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

But it wasn’t until about 2012 that I fell upon Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). What was made crystal clear to me in talking to different companies is that everyone in every walk of life has engaged in an agreement process. Whether you’re negotiating and ultimately purchasing your first house or clicking the “I agree” checkbox to the terms and conditions of your favorite streaming service, it’s all about agreements.

Motivation to Start a Business

What has energized me to start my own business is that I can be a subject matter expert for my clients, as this isn’t a foreign topic to anyone and has not yet been conquered. The agreement process isn’t going away, and the CLM market will only grow over time.

Mission and Goal

My goal is to listen and educate my clients to understand how they can “get their house in order” and maintain an efficient and seamless contract process while growing their business
